All clubs are to appoint neutral referees to all their games where possible

L4 = Level 4 Referee - National Referee

L3 = Level 3 Referee - Provincial Referee

L4, L3, L2 Referees can officiate at all levels of Club games 

Youth Club Referees can officiate up to and including Club u-16 Level
