All Ireland Intermediate Championship - Round 3 v Wicklow -

Tipperary have had an unbeaten run in the All Ireland Championship and finished off the group stages on Sunday last with an eight point victory over Wicklow. Tipperary 4-17 Wicklow 3-12 the final score in Dunlavin.

It wasn’t all plain sailing for Tipperary though and at half time they were trailing by a point when the score stood at Tipperary 1-7 to Wicklow’s 2-5.  However with the introduction of  Aisling McCarthy and Aishling Moloney mid way through the second half Tipperary took control of the game.
