Tipperary Ladies Football are delighted to confirm the appointment of the Senior Captain and Vice-Captain for the 2026 season.

Anna-Rose Kennedy (Aherlow)

A standout performer for both club and county, Anna-Rose has consistently demonstrated leadership, commitment, and exceptional on-field ability. Her experience at Senior inter-county level and her influence within the squad make her a natural choice to captain the Premier County for the upcoming campaign. She will now lead Tipperary into the 2026 National Football League and championship season.

Laura Morrissey (Brian Borus)

Laura has been a central figure within the Tipperary setup in recent years, known for her hard work, reliability, and strong presence both on and off the field. Her appointment as Vice-Captain recognises her dedication to the group and the respect she commands among players and management.

County officials have extended their congratulations to both Anna-Rose and Laura, acknowledging the standards they set within the group and the example they provide for younger players progressing through the Tipperary ranks.

The squad continues preparations for the opening round of the 2026 National Football League this Sunday, away to Wexford, as the team aims to build positive momentum from the outset.
