St. Patrick's Club Notes

Our under 17 team played their 5th round Tipperary Ladies Football under 17 summer league match earlier today vs Moyle Rovers-Ladies in Monroe. The first half was a low scoring affair, with Moyle Rovers going in at half time a point up St. Patrick’s 0.4 Moyle Rovers 1.2.

Both teams came to life in the second half, with St. Patrick’s using the opportunity to maximize game time for all players, running in & out the subs throughout the game. It was a very competitive second half but St. Patrick’s will rue several scoring chances, which weren’t converted. At the final whistle, our sideline had the result a draw but the referee deemed a one point win for Moyle Rovers. Final score: St. Patrick’s 3.9 Moyle Rovers 3.10.
